Hotel Smoking Policy

We want you to be comfortable and feel refreshed when you stay at The Pier Hotel. So our hotel is a Non-Smoking establishment. You can be sure that every room is fresh and clean, with no smoky odors.

If you are a smoker, you are welcome to smoke on our outside, covered, front verandah.

If our non-smoking policy is violated (as determined by our professional housekeepers), we will have to charge a room cleaning fee of $100 per room minimum. This is to cover our costs of deep cleaning the comforters, curtains, upholstery and carpeting in the rooms. Additional costs may be incurred if we have to take a room out of service overnight in order to ensure proper cleaning.
